An estimated shipment time is displayed for each product, and in the case of the "Pre-payment to a bank account" or "PayU - online payment" options it is counted from the date the payment is credited on the NAILAC s.c. company's bank account.
Shipment time on a card of a given product refers to one item. If the order covers more than one item it may occur that at the moment we do not have such a number of items on stock.
In such a case the shipment time may be extended, and the Customer shall be informed about such a situation by e-mail or telephone.
Unavailable Goods
When the product card displays "Product unavailable" information it means that the goods cannot be ordered at this time. We do not have it on stock and/or our suppliers do not have it either. We cannot guarantee that this item will be again available.
Delivery time
"DHL Parcel", "FedEx Express Polska" or "InPost S.A" courier companies deliver the parcels in Poland, and outside the territory of Poland the parcels are delivered by "UPS" courier company. Delivery time depends on the carrier, shipment time and the recipient's address. In Poland the time is usually 1-2 working days since the parcel has been shipped. Outside the territory of Poland, the time is usually 4-5 working days since the parcel has been shipped.
The NAILAC s.c. company does not have any influence on the exact time the courier company delivers the parcel. The moment the order status changes to "Completed", so on the date the parcel is handed over to the Courier, the Customer is sent an e-mail with the number of the consignment note and the name of the courier company in order to track the parcel.
The courier company is obliged to inform the Customer with a text message sent to the number given during placing the order, on the day and time of the parcel delivery.
Delivery time may get extended when the Customer is not present at the address indicated in the order. In such a case the Courier is obliged to leave a delivery notice at the place of delivery or send it in a text message.
Cost of delivery
Delivery in Poland
*The prices relate to shipments of up to 31.5 kg.
During the annual 3+1 as a gift Promotion, the cost of delivery, regardless of the method of payment, is PLN 15.00, which is regulated by the Regulations of the Promotion.
Delivery outside Poland
The cost of shipment of the ordered Goods outside Poland depends of the country the Goods are shipped to and the total weight of the ordered products.
In case of the orders shipped to the EU countries, the costs shall be clearly defined during the Order placing process. In case of the orders shipped to the countries outside the EU, exact costs shall be calculated and sent to the Customer after the placed order has been accepted.
We ship parcels up to 30 kg outside Poland. If the total weight of the products added to the cart is more than 30 kg, the store shall automatically add the costs of another parcel.
In order to verify the final amount or the order the Customer should add all products to the cart and select the form of payment. The they will see the exact costs of transport.
METHODS OF PAYMENT
There are two methods of payment:
Payment on delivery (COD)
The Customer pays to the courier when collecting the order. With orders of this type the NAILAC s.c. company reserves the right for additional verification by telephone.
Transfer to a bank account (Pre-payment)
Method of payment for the Customers who prefer to log in to an internet bank, go to the bank outlet or to a post office.
After placing an order with the "Pre-payment" method of payment, in an e-mail the Customer receives the bank account number to which they should transfer the amount for the ordered Goods together with the cost of delivery.
The moment the amount is credited to the NAILAC s.c. company account, the order is sent to processing.
At the same time we inform, that we do not ship the ordered Products on the basis of the sent bank transfer confirmation.
PayU - online payment
Transfer made via the PayU S.A. Internet payment service provider with its registered office in Poznań (address: Grunwaldzka 182 60-166 Poznań), entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs kept by the District Court Poznań - Nowe Miasto i Wilda in Poznań, VIII Commercial Division of the National Court Register, under entry No. KRS 0000274399, NIP 779-23-08-495.
The moment the payment is confirmed, the order is sent to processing. In case of any problems with an on-line payment, please contact the sales department of the NaiLac brand in order to obtain information on further procedure.
Pay pro - deferred payment

The decision to defer payment is granted in less than 10 seconds. The customer has the possibility to defer payment up to a maximum of 1000 PLN (the first order up to a maximum of 800PLN), but the final amount depends on the scoring systems.
The customer has 30 days to pay for the purchases, during which time the APRC is 0%, so the customer does not incur any additional costs.
If the customer decides to repay the purchase in 4 installments, the interest rate depends primarily on the amount of the transaction and is on average about 20%.

What does preparation of the parcel look like?
After the order has been placed, the products are completed, packed and issued to a courier who transports them to the courier company's sorting plant.
The moment the parcel is issued to the courier, you receive an e-mail with the consignment note number and the link thanks to which you may find out where exactly your parcel is.
The tracking function is activated the moment the parcel leaves the sorting plant.
It usually takes about 24 hours, and in exceptional cases even 48 hours, for the link to DHL Parcel site started to work.
