The NaiLac s.c. company and the Store pay special attention to their Customer's data protection. With due diligence we introduce proper measures to ensure protection of the processed data. In particular, we protect the data from disclosing them to unauthorized persons, as well as from them being processed. The NaiLac s.c. company and the Store control the process of data processing and limit access to the data to the maximum extent possible.
"Personal data" is information referring to natural persons whose identity has been defined or is possible to define.
Websites, including the SPN Nails brand's Store, are not directed to individuals who are under 16. Such individuals should not provide personal information to the Grupa Beautica company. The moment we find we have collected the personal data of an individual who is under 16, we take up immediate action to delete the data.
1. What personal data does the NaiLac s.c. company process?
Personal data processed during creation of an account.
During creation of an account we ask you to give your name, e-mail address, contact details and a contact number.
Aims and legal basis:
1.1. The NaiLac s.c. company processes the e-mail address and the password because they are needed when logging into the account. Processing these data is based on a justified interest of the NaiLac s.c. company in order to protect and ensure safety to the Customer's account.
1.2. If the Customer gives their consent to receive from the NaiLac s.c. company information by electronic means, the NaiLac s.c. company shall also process the Customer's e-mail address, name and the city of residence in order to send them personalised marketing information and information on significant changes in the principles of the Store’s operations and its regulations. The Customer's consent is the legal basis for processing the data.
1.3. The NaiLac s.c. company also processes the Customer's e-mail address and name in order to link these data with the account in the online Store when the Customer contacts the customer service department. Processing of the mentioned data is based on a justified interest of the NaiLac s.c. company in order to ensure the highest quality of the customer service.
Personal data processed during making purchases in the www.NaiLac.pl online Store
The moment the Customer is making a purchase in the www.NaiLac.pl online Store, the NaiLac s.c. company collects and processes the Customer's name, postal address, e-mail address and their phone number.
These data are collected in order to ensure the capability to process and realise the Customer's order. Concluding a contract is the legal basis for processing the data.
The NaiLac s.c. company does not store the information concerning Customers' payment cards. Personal data and the information concerning the Customers' payment cards, making on-line payments via PayU for the goods purchased in the Store, are processed by the PayU S.A with its registered office in Poznań (address: Grunwaldzka 186 60-166 Poznań), entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs kept by the District Court Poznań - Nowe Miasto i Wilda in Poznań, VIII Commercial Division of the National Court Register, under entry No. KRS 0000274399, NIP 779-23-08-495.
2. Cookies
The NaiLac s.c. company and the Store use "Cookies". The information collected using "Cookies", such as: IP address, information on the geographic location of the device, browser type, browser language, duration of visit on the site or clicked elements / links help to adapt the services and contents to Customer's individual needs and preferences. They are also used to prepare general statistical information on the Customers using the www.NaiLac.pl online Store.
"Cookies" may be used by ad networks, especially by the Google network, to display ads that match the way the user uses the site. To this end, they may retain information on the user's navigation path or the time they spent on a given site.
In the scope of information on the user's preferences collected by the Google ad network, the user may browse and edit information resulting from "Cookies" using the tool: https://www.google.com/ads/preferences/
The NaiLac s.c. company and the Store use Google AdWords, the free function of conversion tracking. Google uses "Cookies" to measure the effectiveness of advertisements. A conversion tracking file is created when the Customer clicks on an Google ad, for which we have decided to use the tracking function. "Cookies" will no longer be valid after 30 days and they are not used for personal identification. If you visit our online store, and the "Cookie" is still valid, together with Google we may learn that you have clicked the advertisement and you were forwarded to this page.
The Customers have a right to deactivate the "Cookies" of the conversion tracking function. In order to do this one should set their internet browser so that the "Cookies" from the "googleadservices.com" domain were blocked.
3. Transfers of personal data
3.1. If the Customer gives their consent to receive from the NaiLac s.c. company information by electronic means, the NaiLac s.c. company shall transfer their name and the city of residence and e-mail address to the owner of platform used for sending newsletters.
The consent to receive messages and collect the data by the owner of the platform may be withdrawn at any time by clicking "Unsubscribe" link located in the left bottom corner of the messages received from the NaiLac s.c. company or by sending a message to the following e-mail address: [email protected].
3.2. Customer's name, postal address and phone number are transferred to the courier company:
a. DHL Polska Sp. z o. o. with registered office in Warsaw (address: ul. Osmańska 2, 02-823 Warsaw)
or
b. FedEx Express Polska Sp. z o. o. with registered office in Warsaw (address: ul. Krucza 16/22, 00-526 Warsaw)
or
c. UPS Polska Sp. z o. o. with registered office in Warsaw (address: ul. Prądzyńskiego 1/3 01-222 Warsaw)
or
d. InPost Sp. z o.o with registered office in Cracow (address: ul. Wielicka 28, 30-552 Cracow)
or
e. General Logistics Systems Poland Sp. z o.o. with registered office in Komirniki (address: ul. Tęczowa 10, Głuchowo 62-052 Komorniki)
The mentioned data are transferred in order to realise the delivery of the goods ordered by the Customer by a courier company to the address indicated.
3.3. The access to you data may also be granted to:
a. marketing agencies and other entities acting as intermediaries in sales of our products or in organisation of marketing campaigns
b. subcontractors delivering hosting or programming services who support the NaiLac s.c. company.
4. Update of privacy protection rules
Due to constant updating and developing the Store's offer, new technologies and changes in law, the NaiLac s.c. company reserves the right to update the privacy protection rules. The date of the last change to those rules may be verified at the bottom of the page ("Last update"). When the changes are relevant, the Customers shall be notified about the planned changes in advance. If that may be required by the law, the user may be asked to give their consent to them.
5. Storing Customer's data
Customer's personal data are stored as long as the account in the Store is considered to be active.
Description of the right to delete the data may be found in the section "Customer's rights".
6. Customer's rights
When the Customer lives within the European Union, under the General Data Protection Regulation, they have the rights to request the NaiLac s.c. company to get an access to their personal data, delete them, edit, transfer, restrict processing of their personal data, as well as to file complaints to supervisory bodies.
If the Customer lives outside the European Union, they have the right under the local regulations.
They may themselves edit their personal data in the tab "Edit your account" after logging into their account in the online Store.
In order to request edition, transfer, deletion, restrict processing of the personal data or to delete the account from the www.NaiLac.pl online Store, one should contact the NaiLac s.c. company by sending a message with a request to the e-mail address [email protected].
