Complaints
The Service Provider as a seller to Customers who are entrepreneurs is liable for defects in the sold item, on the terms set out in art. 556 and following of the Civil Code.
To Customers who are consumers and entrepreneurs with consumer rights, the seller is liable for the lack of conformity of the goods with the contract on the terms set out in Chapter 5a of the Act on Consumer Rights.
Manufacturer's / Distributor's warranty
In the event that there is a lack of conformity of the goods with the contract, consumers and entrepreneurs with consumer rights have the right to make a complaint under the Guarantee. Pursuant to the Act on Consumer Rights, the goods are compliant with the contract if, in particular, their:
• Description
• Quantity
• Quality
• Functionality
In accordance with the provisions of consumer law, when submitting a complaint, customers may first choose to replace or repair the goods, if possible.
Warranty
The warranty for defects in the sold item is available to entrepreneurs who are natural persons for whom the purchase is of a professional nature.
The buyer has the option of filing a warranty if the purchased goods have a physical or legal defect. The physical defect consists in the non-compliance of the item sold with the contract, i.e. it does not have properties that the goods of this type should have, or the existence of which the Service Provider assured the Buyer - e.g. according to the description, the UV / LED lamp has three operating time modes and in fact there are only two.
A legal defect may include rely on the fact that the purchased goods are owned by a third party.
The service provider is liable for the lack of conformity of the goods with the contract existing at the time of its delivery and revealed within two years from that moment.

The complaint will be considered within 14 days of its submission. In order to streamline the process of registering a new complaint, please provide the order number from which the damaged product comes from and describe its defect in the form.
