The Customer has a right to file a complaint about a defective product. We distinguish two types of warranty:
1. Manufacturer's/Distributor's warranty (as far as such a warranty has been provided and it has not expired)
2. Statutory Warranty - if the product is defective
Manufacturer's / Distributor's warranty
Detailed conditions of implementation of warranty are defined in the warranty form issued by the guarantor. If the warranty card does not determine any fixed date, then the warranty is valid for the period of 2 years after the product has been issued.
Statutory warranty claims may be filed within 2 years from the date of sale and when the Customer finds the product is damaged, incomplete, faulty or non-compliant with the description.
The claim shall be considered no later than 14 days from the effective date it was filed.
If you wish to make a complaint, please, compete the complaint form and send it back together with the claimed product to the address:
NAILAC s.c. ul. Aleja Kościuszki 120, Łódź 90-446 or to the e-mail address: firstname.lastname@example.org., the title of the message should state "Complaint".
In order to make the process of registering the new complaint faster, please, cite in the form the number of the order of the faulty product and a description of the failure.
In case the claim is not recognised, the Store sends the claimed product at the purchaser's expense. The costs of shipment is PLN 12.50.
The complaint form, depending on the selected option in the Cart, was sent to you in an e-mail with order confirmation or delivered with the ordered products.
